Role & responsibilities

- Prepare RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills and supporting measurements.
- Maintain MB (Measurement Book), BOQ, quantity, and measurement records.
- Track daily/weekly project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), WPR and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor quantity executed, material consumption, and work completion.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, QS, Billing, and Project Manager for measurements and certification.




- Assist in BOQ reconciliation, rate analysis, and variation/extra-item calculations.
- Update project schedules and work plans and highlight delays/deviations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 14 years of experience in road/highway construction billing & planning.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, MB, Quantity Estimation and Rate Analysis.
- Familiarity with MoRTH/IRC specifications and road construction activities preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; Primavera/MS Project knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong measurement, documentation, coordination, and reporting skills.
