We are looking for a creative Junior Copywriter to craft compelling brand stories, develop engaging content across platforms, and help drive our communication and marketing goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Graphic Design and Marketing teams to develop creative, on-brand copy across campaigns and digital platforms.

- Own the quality, consistency, and tonality of brand communication across campaign copy, ad copy, WhatsApp, emailers, sale events, video scripts, and marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, and Nykaa.
- Develop performance-driven ad copy and continuously iterate messaging based on campaign performance and audience response.
- Analyse key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate to improve copy effectiveness.




- Research competitor communication and advertising strategies through platforms such as Meta Ads Library to identify insights and opportunities.
- Proofread and edit copy and creatives for grammar, clarity, style, accuracy, and brand consistency, while staying updated on relevant trends and topics to identify content opportunities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a relevant field.

• 1–3 years of short-form copywriting experience for an ad agency or a fast-paced work environment.

• Be at the top of his/her game with respect to following social media trends.

• Experience in working on brand campaigns is a plus.

• Scriptwriting experience is a plus.

• Good command over English.
