Role Description The Junior Creative Designer and Video Editor will support the design and communication needs of company's programs and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual assets such as social media creatives, presentation decks, infographics, and print materials, as well as editing short videos, campaign clips, and field documentation footage.

The role includes adapting brand guidelines to different formats, preparing content for digital and offline campaigns, and maintaining organized design and video asset libraries.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills to produce visually compelling materials for digital and print use.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Branding to maintain consistent visual identity across campaigns and program communications.




- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and motion graphics tools is highly beneficial.
- Ability to translate complex social impact concepts into easy, engaging visual stories and short videos.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- A diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior exposure to social sector, medical, rural development, or agriculture-related projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
