We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter who is curious, creative and obsessed with finding the right words.

You don’t need to know everything. But you should be someone who loves writing, understands social media, notices interesting things and isn’t afraid to throw an idea on the table.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Write copy for social media posts, reels, campaigns, ads, websites and digital content.
- Develop creative ideas, headlines, hooks, taglines and captions.
- Turn briefs into simple, interesting and engaging communication.
- Write scripts for Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Research brands, audiences, competitors, trends and pop culture.
- Help develop and maintain different brand tones and personalities.
- Work closely with designers, art directors, strategists and client servicing teams.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute ideas.
- Adapt copy based on feedback from the creative and account teams.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity and consistency.
- Stay updated with what's trending across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, content, advertising, digital marketing or a creative agency.
- Robust command of English and a natural flair for writing.




- Someone who can write short, sharp and interesting copy.
- A creative thinker who can come up with ideas, not just execute instructions.
- Good understanding of social media and digital culture.
- Curiosity to research and learn about different brands and industries.
- Ability to take feedback and improve your work.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and deadlines.
- A portfolio, college projects, personal work or writing samples that show your creativity.

BONUS POINTS You’ll stand out if you:
- Can write in Hinglish or other Indian languages.
- Know how to write a good Reel script.
- Understand memes, internet culture and social trends.
- Have an eye for visual storytelling.
- Have experimented with AI tools for creative work.
- Read, watch, observe and generally have too many ideas in your head.
