Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to oversee day-to-day field operations, material inspections, and site documentation. You will work on the ground under the guidance of Senior Engineers to monitor workforce execution, take measurements, and maintain site quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Site Supervision: Oversee trades, masons, and labor forces during daily activities such as excavation, reinforcement tying, shuttering, and concrete pouring.
- Inspection Support: Carry out pre-pour checklists under Senior Engineer direction (checking cover blocks, rebar spacing, shutter alignment, cleanliness).
- Field Testing & Quality Control: Collect concrete cube samples, conduct slump tests, check silt content of sand, and record test results in QA registers.




- Measurements & BBS: Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), maintain measurement books (MB), and record daily progress against assigned targets.
- Material Tracking: Check delivery receipts (challans) for cement, rebar, aggregates, and admixtures; monitor site storage and prevent wastage.
- Documentation & Safety: Prepare the Daily Progress Report (DPR), log equipment/labor counts, and ensure site workers adhere to PPE rules (helmets, safety boots, harnesses).

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years on-site (or relevant internships on active construction sites).
- Software Proficiency: Basic AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Key Strengths: Eagerness to learn on-site, ability to read civil/structural drawings, stamina for outdoor site work, and clear communication.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
