We’re Hiring: Junior Automation Software Engineer

Location: Work from home — must be based in Coimbatore or nearby

Salary: Starting from ₹25,000 in hand per month, based on skills and assessment performance. Salary review after the initial three-month period.

Working hours: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM IST — non-negotiable

We are looking for a sincere, disciplined and hardworking junior engineer who can learn independently and wants to grow with us long term.

Required skills and experience

- Strong practical knowledge of Python programming
- Good understanding of APIs, JSON and databases
- Experience using Git and GitHub
- Practical exposure to Odoo development or customisation
- Practical exposure to n8n or similar workflow-automation platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools, AI agents and third-party AI integrations
- Experience or understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Knowledge of AI voice agents or automated audio-call systems
- Understanding of web development and API integrations
- Good knowledge of AI-assisted development and vibe coding
- Ability to understand, test, debug and explain AI-generated code
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills

You are not expected to have experience in every technology listed above. However, you must have strong Python fundamentals and practical knowledge of at least some of these areas.

This is a flexible technical role. Depending on project requirements, you may work on Python development, Odoo, n8n, GHL, AI automation, voice agents, web development, APIs or system integrations.



You must be willing to learn new technologies quickly and take responsibility for different types of technical assignment

Work-from-home requirements:

- Personal laptop suitable for development
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Calm, skilled and noise-free workspace
- Full availability during working hours

Although this is a work-from-home position, it will operate with the same discipline, availability and professionalism as working from an office.

Selection process:

1. Five-day self-learning assignment
2. Practical test
3. Final interview

The assignment will require approximately 6–8 hours each day and will not include client or commercial work. Candidates who pass and are shortlisted will be paid for all five assessment days from Day 1.

Your degree, marks and exam results are not important to us. Even if you have not completed or passed your degree, we are happy to consider you if you have deep practical knowledge and can demonstrate what you can build.
