Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chennai.

The Junior

Architect will support senior architects and project managers in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and refining designs for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include assisting with detailed design documentation, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring that plans comply with relevant codes and standards. The role involves preparing and revising CAD drawings, helping with design presentations, and contributing to material selection and specification.

The Junior

Architect will also participate in site visits, track design changes,



and collaborate with construction teams to maintain design intent throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM integration, design software customization).
- Candidates should possess Project Management-related skills, such as basic planning, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking design deliverables.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and spatial visualization abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Willingness to conduct site visits, learn from field conditions, and adapt designs based on practical constraints.
