Prospect Overview

Chhabra Legal Advisers is inviting applications for a passionate and dedicated Junior Advocate / Associate Advocate to join its growing litigation practice in Dwarka, New Delhi. This position provides extensive practical exposure to court proceedings across all major tribunals and courts in Delhi, offering an exceptional foundation for early-career advocates seeking hands-on litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Legal Drafting & Research: Prepare initial drafts of pleadings, petitions, plaints, written statements, applications,



and legal notices while conducting thorough legal research on statutory provisions and case law precedents.
- Court Appearances & Proceedings: Attend court hearings, assist senior counsel during arguments, and manage daily court lists across District Courts, High Court, and tribunals in Delhi.
- Case File Management: Maintain organized case files, track hearing dates, prepare brief notes, and assist in client consultations.
- Client Briefing & Coordination: Liaison with clients, assist in case updates, and coordinate with administrative personnel to ensure seamless case tracking.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

- Holds an LL.B. degree from a recognized university in India.
- Possesses a minimum of 1 year of active litigation experience.
- Demonstrates strong legal drafting capabilities, research acumen, and articulate communication skills.
- Exhibits a strong commitment to court practice, a willingness to learn, and a disciplined work ethic.
