Key Responsibilities

- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on complex legal issues, statutory provisions, and landmark precedents.




- Legal Drafting: Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, written statements, replications, and miscellaneous applications.
- Court Proceedings: Accompany senior counsel to court hearings, assist in preparing case briefs, and observe active litigation strategies.
- Case Management: Help organize case files, coordinate with clients, and manage court diary dates and compliance.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Open to Junior Advocates, Fresher Advocates, and Law Interns.
- Strong academic background with a deep interest in dispute resolution and litigation.
- Excellent analytical, legal research, and drafting skills.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.
