Walk-in Interview Details

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Maintain customer receipts and related records.

Banking

- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash.
- Coordinate with banks for routine banking activities.

GST & TDS Compliance

- Assist with GST return preparation and filing.
- Support TDS calculations and compliance activities under guidance.

Documentation

- Maintain and organize financial documents, vouchers, invoices, and records for audit purposes.

Audit Support

- Assist during internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required documents and information.

Payroll Support

- Assist with payroll inputs, reimbursements, and Full & Final Settlement activities.

Candidate Requirements Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance

Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Accounting or Finance

Required Skills:





- Working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Good communication skills

Salary ₹1.80 LPA – ₹2.20 LPA, based on experience and skills.
