Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Purchase Executive with 3–4 years of experience to support purchase activities, PO preparation, vendor coordination, and timely delivery of materials. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, purchase documentation, vendor follow-up, and order tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) based on order confirmations received from the Purchase Department.

- Prepare and maintain PO-related records using MS Excel.

- Coordinate with vendors for order processing and product delivery.

- Follow up with vendors regularly to ensure timely delivery against POs.

- Track PO status, pending orders, delivery schedules, and material requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchase requirements and delivery updates.

- Maintain proper purchase records, documents, and vendor details.

- Communicate with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and pending requirements.

- Support the Purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities.





- Prepare regular purchase/order status reports using Excel.

- Escalate delays or issues in material delivery to the concerned team.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Coordination.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience in PO preparation and order tracking.

- Robust vendor follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate purchase documentation.

- Good follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.

- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or similar environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Experience

- Automotive, HVAC, Machine building Industrial : 2 years (Required)

- Preparation of PO based on Order confirmation Excel: 2 years (Required)
