- Site Works: Supervising Survey works and verification of survey data.
- Compliance & Budgeting: Following IRC codes, managing schedules and attend technical meetings to represent company.
Technical Skills
- Geometric Design: Horizontal/vertical alignments and sight distances.
- Pavement Engineering: Knowledge of pavement design.
- Drainage Plan: Design of Drainage and stormwater management.
- Regulatory Codes: Familiarity with IRC (Indian Roads Congress) or AASHTO standards.
Software Skills
- Drafting & Modeling: AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D / MXROAD.
- Data Mapping: ArcGIS or basic GIS tools.
Soft Skills
- Project Leadership: Managing junior drafters and visiting contractors.
- Time Management: Meeting tight deadlines.
