- Assist in developing strategies to improve online ratings and reviews.
- Support the creation of content that enhances the company’s online presence.




- Conduct competitor analysis to understand their online reputation strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create and implement ORM campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on ORM activities and present findings to the management team.
