About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, and short-form videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design creative visual content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Work on promotional videos, real estate creatives, brand videos, advertisements, and campaign content.
- Convert static designs into engaging motion graphics and animations.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Edit and enhance videos with transitions, effects, typography, music, and sound effects.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all creative outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design, video editing, and social media trends.
- Take feedback positively and make required changes within deadlines.




- Manage multiple creative projects and deliver work within the assigned timelines.

Required Skills
- 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience in Motion Graphics / Video Editing / Graphic Design.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging Reels, social media videos, and promotional content.
- Positive sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing content.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good to Have
- Experience in creating real estate marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of 3D animation or Cinema 4D/Blender will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with current Instagram/Reels and short-form video trends.
- Basic knowledge of AI-based creative tools is a plus.

Education Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
