We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, valuable Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Record and verify expenses and purchase/sales entries.
- Assist the senior accountant during monthly and yearly closing.
- Prepare basic financial reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
