Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct counselling, follow-ups, and convert leads into enrolments.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for learner onboarding.
Compensation And Benefits
- During 3-Month Probation: ₹18,000/month take-home
- Post-Probation: Up to ₹8 LPA
- Fixed: ₹4 LPA
- Variable: Up to ₹4 LPA based on performance
