Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

The Job

Title will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations related to agri-inputs and crop solutions, collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to ensure smooth business processes.

Responsibilities may include coordinating with distributors and retailers, gathering market insights from the field, assisting in product promotion activities, and maintaining accurate records and reports.



The role also involves building strong professional relationships with stakeholders, responding to queries, and providing timely support to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.

Title will work closely with senior leadership to align daily activities with the company’s mission of improving farmer outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with farmers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of agriculture, crop protection, or agri-inputs, with a genuine interest in supporting farmer-centric solutions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for reporting, data entry, and coordination.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to field and operational challenges.
- Relevant education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related field (diploma or degree) is preferred.
- Prior experience in the agriculture or agri-inputs industry, especially in sales, marketing, or field operations, will be an added advantage.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed and work on-site in Ahmedabad is required.
