Role & responsibilities
- Planning, execution, monitoring, and management of MEP services for projects.
- Review the Design Basis Report (DBR) for MEP services.
- Prepare and monitor the MEP budget for project works.
- Review tender documents, including drawings, technical specifications, BOQ, etc., received from consultants.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for day-to-day MEP activities and ensure project timelines are achieved.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
- Ensure proper coordination between MEP services and civil/structural works to avoid site conflicts and delays.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in MEP planning, execution, and project management.
- Candidates with experience in Building, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Power projects
