Role & responsibilities

- Download and process daily bank statements from multiple bank accounts.

- Upload/import bank statements into the ERP/accounting system.

- Post customer receipts and other bank transactions accurately.

- Perform daily bank reconciliation and match transactions against customer accounts.

- Clear open items and ensure accurate allocation of incoming payments.

- Investigate unidentified, short, excess, or unmatched receipts.

- Coordinate with Collections, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and other teams for payment identification.

- Maintain and update unapplied cash and suspense accounts.

- Follow up on outstanding/unidentified bank transactions and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliation reports.

- Ensure transactions are processed within agreed SLAs and in accordance with company policies.





- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions.

- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase automation and accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 2-7 years of experience in OTC, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Bank Reconciliation, or Finance Operations.

- Positive understanding of accounting principles and bank reconciliation.

- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP,
