Role Description The Jewelry Designer role at Jaipur Ratna is a full time hybrid position based in Jaipur, with some flexibility for work from home. The designer will create original concepts for Polki, Jadau, Temple, and fashion jewellery, translating ideas into detailed sketches and technical drawings. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with production teams, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and quality standards.

The role involves preparing design specifications, using CAD tools for prototyping, and coordinating with artisans to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Designer will also research trends, materials, and techniques to keep collections fresh and market-relevant.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with the ability to design for both traditional and contemporary styles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Drawing and Product Design to translate creative ideas into clear, manufacturable concepts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for jewellery, including creating detailed digital models and technical layouts.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Jewellery Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related field are beneficial.
- Attention to detail, knowledge of gemstones and precious metals, and experience working with handcrafted or heritage jewellery styles are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with artisans and cross-functional teams, and a portfolio demonstrating design capability are preferred.
