- Manage counter sales activities, including greeting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist in visual merchandising efforts by arranging products on shelves and displays to maximize customer appeal.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with regulars.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and other significant metrics to ensure effective retail operations.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (preferably in gems & jewellery industry).
- Strong knowledge of counter sales techniques and ability to work effectively at a fast-paced cash register.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of retail operations principles, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
