Role Description The JDA Dispatcher Developer or Lead is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining JDA Dispatcher solutions to support logistics, supply chain, and transportation operations. This full-time hybrid role is based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, implementing enhancements, and troubleshooting issues within JDA Dispatcher and related systems. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, infrastructure, and operations,



to ensure reliable integrations, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. The Lead-level position additionally includes guiding team members, reviewing technical deliverables, and contributing to solution architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with JDA Dispatcher (or Blue Yonder Dispatcher), including configuration, customization, and performance tuning.
- Skills in designing and implementing integrations using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools with ERP, WMS, TMS, or other supply chain systems.
- Proficiency in relevant programming or scripting languages (such as Java, .NET, SQL, or PL/SQL) and working with relational databases.
- Ability to analyze complex logistics and transportation workflows, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and produce clear documentation.
- Experience in production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and implementing preventive and corrective measures.
- Exposure to software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile or hybrid methodologies, and best practices for change and release management.
- For Lead roles: experience mentoring developers, conducting code and design reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
