- Provide L2/L3 production and application support for Java-based applications.

- Monitor application performance and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.

- Analyze application logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with development teams for issue resolution.

- Perform bug fixes, code troubleshooting, and application maintenance activities.

- Support application deployments, releases, and workplace management.

- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to address production issues.

- Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports for critical incidents.

- Participate in on-call support and rotational shifts as required.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

- Good knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

- Experience in production support and incident management.

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and log analysis.

- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.

- Understanding of application monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ELK.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
