We are looking for an experienced Java + Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in backend application development, scalable architecture design, and AI-powered solution development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade Java applications while leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks to solve complex business problems.
Required Experience
- 6 to 9 years of software development experience
- Solid hands-on coding experience in Java-based enterprise applications
- Experience designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native systems
- Practical experience with Generative AI and LLM-powered applications
Core Java Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java fundamentals (Collections, Streams, Concurrency, JVM)
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices
- REST API design and development
- Multithreading and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of application architecture and backend system design
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
