Seeking a Java+JBPM developer 4-5yrs of exp to join the development team supporting applications development and business workflows. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and supporting workflow-driven applications using JBPM and Java technologies while adhering to enterprise development, Security and Compliance standards.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Java Application development.
- Strong experience with JBPM/KIE workbench for workflow and business process development.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring boot, REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing business workflows, BPMN Processes, rules and integrations.
- Hands on experience with SQL databases and query optimizations.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
- Robust debugging,
Problem solving and application support skills.
- Understanding of secure coding standards, application resiliency, and enterprise SDLC practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams in a banking, financial services, or regulated environment.
- Prior experience supporting Wealth Management, Capital Markets or Banking applications.
Optional/ Preferred Technical Skills:
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes)
- Experience with workflow modernization and process automated initiatives.
- Familiarity with DevOps Practices and automated testing frameworks.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub co-pilot, intelligent code review or automation accelerators.
