Position / TitleFull Stack Java Developer

(Java, Spring Boot, Struts, Spring, JavaScript & React)

Key Responsibilities

- Perform analysis, design, development, unit testing, and code reviews as part of a team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, managers, and developers to solve business problems.
- Translate functional requirements into conceptual and detailed technical designs.
- Provide development effort estimates.
- Develop proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade applications.
- Write and maintain unit tests for robust software delivery.
- Ensure clear communication, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Skill Set

- Experience in designing and implementing Web and Mobile applications

- Strong proficiency in
- Core Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC)

- ReactJS
- Expertise in Java Web Development, including:
- JSP, Servlets, JSTL
- JMS, JAX-WS, JAX-RS
- Hands-on experience with frameworks:
- Spring Boot, Spring, Spring Security, Struts
- Hibernate, JPA
- Experience working with Apache Tomcat




- Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts (MySQL)
- Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka or similar)
- Strong front-end and back-end development capabilities

- Proficiency in
- Java & J2EE programming
- Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP concepts

- Multithreading and Concurrency

- Familiarity with
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React

- Knowledge of backend technologies
- APIs, Databases, Server-side frameworks

- Ability to
- Write high-quality, maintainable code

- Create deployment scripts

Secondary Skill Set

- Strong knowledge of Python
- Experience with NoSQL databases:
- MongoDB, Redis

Qualifications
