About the Role: We're hiring Java developers across two levels — mid-level (3–4 yrs) and senior (5–6 yrs) — to build and scale microservices-based applications. Candidates will be evaluated and leveled based on experience and depth of skills shown below.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills (All Levels):
- Core Java (Java 8+, Java 11+ preferred for senior)
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
- Microservices architecture & design
- REST API development (build & consume)
- SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Git, Maven/Gradle
Additional Skills for Senior Level (5–6 Yrs):
- Spring Cloud, Spring Security
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Kafka/RabbitMQ
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
Preferred: Prior experience in Banking domain
Responsibilities:
Java Developer (3–4 Yrs):
- Develop & maintain Spring Boot microservices
- Build and consume REST APIs
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews
- Debug and resolve production issues
Senior Java Developer (5–6 Yrs):
- Design & own microservices modules end-to-end
- Lead technical/architecture discussions
- Mentor junior developers
- Optimize performance and resolve production issues
