Sr Java backend Tech. Lead with 12+ years experience (Tech stack: Java (17), Webservices, SOAP, MQ, Spring boot, Core Java, Spring boot framework, Hibernate and JPA, REST API, SOAP services). CICD, Hand-on Knowledge of cloud architectures, AWS/GCP/Azure, Knowledge of Payments domain, Github Co-pilot, AI knowledge.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Design and develop microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain SOAP-based web services and enterprise integrations.
- Build and support messaging and event-driven architectures using MQ technologies.
- Define and implement cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
- Establish best practices for coding standards, performance optimization, security, and maintainability.
- Drive DevOps and CI/CD implementation for automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and coach developers on technical design, coding standards, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity.
- Participate in solution architecture reviews, code reviews, and production support activities.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the Payments domain.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (BE/B.Tech/MCA).
- Master's Degree (M.Tech/MS) is preferred.
- Relevant cloud, architecture, or Java certifications are an added advantage.
