Job Title: Java AWS Developer

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Services and Amazon Connect. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Build and maintain applications using Java/J2EE and Node.js.
- Develop and integrate cloud-based services using AWS.
- Work with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Java development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
- Good knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and related cloud technologies.
- Experience in developing RESTful web services and APIs.
- Understanding of contact center workflows and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Total Experience: 5 Years Relevant Experience: 4+ Years in Amazon Connect, Java/Node.js, and AWS
