We are hiring a Japanese Language Team Leader to manage and lead a team of Japanese language professionals in an operations/support process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of Japanese language associates.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality and SLA.

- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal/business stakeholders.

- Support Japanese email communication, ticket handling and operational processes.

- Manage processes related to Vendor Support, E-commerce, Catalog/PDP and customer/vendor communication.

- Conduct team meetings, coaching and performance reviews.

Required Skills

- Mandatory: Team Handling / Team Lead experience

- Mandatory: JLPT N2 / NAT-TEST Q2 certification

- Strong Japanese & English communication skills.

- Experience in Vendor Support, E-commerce, Catalog, PDP, Ticket Handling, VM, BS or Email Support preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Comfortable working from Noida and on an 8-month contract.
