We are looking for a confident, patient-friendly and experienced Telecaller / Patient Counselling Executive to handle patient enquiries, lead follow-ups and appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound & outbound patient calls.
- Explain IVF/fertility services and consultations professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain lead and patient records.
- Build positive relationships with patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff when required.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in Telecalling / Patient Counselling / Healthcare preferred.
- IVF/Fertility experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
- Valuable counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite and empathetic personality.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
