Educational Qualification – Mandatory

- ITI – 2 Years Full-Time Course ONLY from a recognized ITI/NCVT/SCVT institute.

- Eligible trades

- Fitter

- Mechanical

- Electrical
- 10th & 12th: Minimum 60% marks

- ITI: Minimum 60% marks
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-ITI work experience
- Candidates with 1-year ITI / short-term / part-time / distance / equivalent courses are NOT eligible.

Experience 2+ years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in:

- Manufacturing / Production
- Mechanical assembly and fitting
- Machine operation and maintenance
- Electrical maintenance
- Precision measurement and inspection
- Defence / Aerospace / Engineering manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- Perform production, assembly, fitting and shop-floor activities as per defined processes.
- Operate and handle production equipment, machines and tools safely.
- Carry out basic mechanical/electrical maintenance and troubleshooting as applicable to the trade.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings, work instructions and SOPs.
- Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges and Measuring Tools.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to process parameters.
- Follow 5S, PPE, safety procedures and EHS requirements strictly.
- Maintain production records, checklists and documentation.




- Identify abnormalities/defects and immediately escalate them to the supervisor.
- Work effectively in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of ITI trade fundamentals.
- Good hands-on knowledge of tools, machines and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Good discipline and attention to detail.
- Safety-conscious approach to working.
- Willingness to learn new machines, tools and processes.
- Ability to work as part of a production team.
