Position: IT Systems & Workplace Administrator

We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Workplace Administrator to manage IT operations, workplace facilities, assets, and employee technology support for the India office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Windows & macOS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MDM, printers, AV and end-user support.
- Handle IT asset lifecycle including procurement, inventory, allocation, repair, replacement and disposal.




- Manage IT onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, licenses and access.
- Support basic networking, IT infrastructure, security, servers and backups.
- Manage workplace facilities, office equipment, seating, maintenance and building requirements.
- Coordinate IT, facilities and service vendors and track service levels.
- Support HRMS platforms, integrations, UAT and employee system issues.
- Maintain IT/workplace documentation and drive process and operational improvements.
