IT SUPPORT & NETWORK ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
- Provide support for LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, Internet, VPN, and firewall.
- Handle basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN troubleshooting.
- Provide user support for Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Perform network cabling, RJ45 termination, and cable testing.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, tracking, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, AMC, and support services.
- Coordinate with ISPs and other IT service providers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of hardware and networking troubleshooting.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to manage IT assets and day-to-day IT operations.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
