About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, managing Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 user accounts and license administration.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Perform basic administration and support of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support networking environments including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of routers and switches.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and technical support.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and user requests.
- Maintain IT documentation and follow organizational IT policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Support,



Desktop Support, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and applications.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

- CompTIA A Certification or equivalent knowledge.
- CompTIA Network Certification or equivalent knowledge.
- CCNA knowledge or certification.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience in IT Asset Management and Vendor Management.
