We have an Urgent requirement of IT - Support Engineer for Naroda - Ahmedabad Location.
Role & Responsibilities:
Proficiency in remote desktop and helpdesk software
- Knowledge of IT basic software, hardware & network setup
- Exceptional ability to prioritize and diagnose IT problem.
- Extensive experience in resolving call center web based applications.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
- Ability to relay significant application feedback to IT developers.
- Candidate must be agreed to work in 24*7 rotational shift mode.
Education : Any Graduate or Related hardware networking course Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience
