Clove Technologies is looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer / Junior DevOps Engineer to join our IT team in Visakhapatnam. This role is ideal for freshers and junior professionals interested in IT infrastructure, system administration, cloud, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, Windows, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Assist with user onboarding, system setup, software installation, and IT asset management.
- Assist in managing Windows and Linux servers.
- Support application deployments and basic CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Docker, AWS, or Azure.
- Assist with system monitoring, backups, security, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Document technical issues and solutions.

Required Skills

- Windows and basic Linux administration

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or DevOps.
- Freshers with relevant projects, internships, or certifications are welcome.
