- Maintenance

- Install and maintain antivirus and endpoint security.

- Ensure regular Windows and software updates.

- Follow company IT security and data-protection policies.

- IT Inventory &
- Vendor Coordination

- Maintain records of computers, laptops, networking equipment, accessories, and other IT assets.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for repairs and AMC services.

- Maintain warranty, AMC, repair, and replacement records.

- Recommend hardware replacement or upgrades when required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.

- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.

- Knowledge of printer and scanner troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory is preferred.

- Knowledge of CCTV/NVR/DVR networking.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to provide remote and onsite technical support.
