Job Summary To support the development and enhancement of the QA IT system, addressing customer requests and improving operational efficiency in quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities Phase 1 High Priority Development

- Develop and implement solutions for the Top 5 high-priority QA software requests related to customer issues.

- Collaborate with QA and AE teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Phase 2 Broader System Enhancements

- Address the remaining 41 QA software requests.

- Ensure system improvements align with quality management goals.

Phase 3 System Integration

- Assist in merging and harmonizing all QA applications into a single, comprehensive system.

- Support testing, validation, and deployment of the integrated platform.

General Duties

- Participate in system design, coding, testing, and documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.





- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

- Provide technical support and training to QA users as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with QA processes and systems is a plus.

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java, Spring boot, SQL, Oracle, Python and etc).

- Experience with databases and system integration.

- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance environments.

- Knowledge of customer complaint management systems.

- Ability to work independently and managemultipletasks

Qualification Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in software development.

Preferred Candidate

- Nationality: Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.

- Availability: Candidates who can join immediately to 15days'' notice.
