Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage SEO, Google Ads/PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Plan and optimize SEO campaigns to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor ROI.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content calendars.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Design, and Content teams to support lead generation.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new tools.




- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Positive understanding of keyword research and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of website analytics and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and content understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in IT services/technology companies will be an advantage.
