Role Description The IT Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. In this role, the professional is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and presenting software and IT solutions to prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and demos, preparing proposals and quotations, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

The IT Sales Executive also collaborates with technical and project teams to understand service capabilities, align customer requirements with company offerings, and support successful project handovers. Regular reporting on sales activities,



market trends, and competitive insights is expected to help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess IT Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, build pipelines, and close business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Account Management and Communication skills to maintain client relationships and convey solutions clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Information Technology to understand software services, web and mobile applications, and related solutions.
- Candidates should possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage decision-makers and influence purchasing decisions.
- Relevant experience in B2B software or IT services sales is highly beneficial, especially within custom development or SEO-focused environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, meet defined sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
