Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.

- Develop and maintain a robust understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate value to customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, cloud sales, or SaaS sales.

- Proven track record of success in inside sales environments using CRM systems like Salesforce.com.

- Strong knowledge of technology solutions for small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with technical decision-makers at all levels.
