Job Title: IT Recruiter (US and UK Hiring) (2+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and driven IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, particularly for European IT markets. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across European countries.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract IT candidates through databases, social media, job boards (LinkedIn, Xing,

CV-Library, etc.), and networking
- Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies
- Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video) to assess candidates technical and

cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, and manage follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other local hiring laws/regulations
- Maintain ATS and recruitment reports in a timely and organized manner
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for various skill sets (Java, .NET, DevOps,

Cloud, SAP, Data Science, etc.)




- Develop market intelligence on talent availability, trends, and competitor hiring

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in Europe-based hiring
- Strong experience with international hiring practices, especially in Europe.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster

Europe, CV-Library, etc.
- Knowledge of work permit processes and visa/work authorization requirements for EU countries

is a plus
- Bachelors degree (any discipline); HR certification is an advantage

Nice to Have:
- Experience working with MSP/VMS clients or RPO models
- Understanding of multiple European languages (basic proficiency in German/French/Dutch is a

plus) but not mandatory.
- Prior experience working in a global recruiting team
