Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Pune.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding

Source and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals & other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

Work closely with hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates

Manage interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and offer discussions

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets





Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Experience recruiting for technologies such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other IT skills will be preferred

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of the IT hiring market

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Proactive attitude with a robust focus on quality and timely closures
