Role Description The IT Manager for Australia Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia. This role is responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and systems that support immigration consulting and visa processing, including servers, networks, and security tools.

The IT Manager will plan and implement technology solutions, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT support staff, maintaining data security and backup processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations,



and supporting software tools used for client information and case management. The role also involves evaluating new technologies, managing vendors, and contributing to IT strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of IT security practices, data protection, and backup and recovery procedures.
