Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP-related issues.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, access points, and other networking devices.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and network resources.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues.
- Install and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus, and security updates.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email systems, and other business applications.
- Maintain IT assets, network equipment, software licenses, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and external IT vendors for connectivity and technical issues.
- Assist in maintaining CCTV, biometric attendance systems, access control, and other IT-enabled systems.
- Implement basic IT security measures, data backup,



and access-control procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, IP addresses, equipment, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support IT infrastructure setup for new employees, offices, and projects.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and subnetting.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of basic network security, antivirus, firewall, and backup systems.
- Solid hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve network and system issues independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in networking, IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
