IT Infrastructure Management

Maintenance and support of computers, laptops, smart boards, projectors, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.

- Network & Connectivity – Monitoring and troubleshooting internet, Wi-Fi and internal network connectivity.
- Software & Systems Support – Installation, configuration, updates and technical support for approved software and systems.
- IT Asset Management – Maintaining inventory, allocation, movement, repair, warranty and replacement records of IT assets.
- Technical Troubleshooting & User Support – Providing timely support for hardware, software, printing, scanning and connectivity issues.
- Cambridge Examination Support – Device and system setup, software readiness, connectivity checks and technical support during examinations.
- Internal Examination Support – Exam device/system setup, printing, scanning and other technical requirements.




- School Events & AV Support – Technical support for assemblies, guest sessions, workshops and events, including AV setup, presentations and video support.
- IT Vendor Coordination – Coordinating with vendors, technicians, internet service providers and equipment suppliers for repairs, maintenance and warranty support.
- Preventive Maintenance & Documentation – Maintaining service records, issue logs, maintenance schedules and regular status updates.

The overall objective of the role is to ensure reliable and timely technology support across academics, examinations, administration and school events, while maintaining the school’s IT infrastructure and assets effectively. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
