Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating various projects related to ATM site builds and decommissions, ensuring alignment with networking fundamentals, particularly in Cisco routing and switching. This position requires a blend of project management skills and basic technical knowledge, with a focus on effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities related to ATM site builds and decommissions, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ATM Banking teams, ISP vendors, and third-party vendors, facilitating transparent communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any potential issues proactively.
- Support senior network engineers in technical discussions and project planning, leveraging basic networking knowledge.
- Document project requirements, timelines, and deliverables,
maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Participate in project meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, particularly Cisco routing and switching.
