Experience:

6 month to 1 Year in IT Support, Hardware & Networking.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily IT rounds across all hospital departments.
- Monitor and maintain computers, printers, scanners, internet, telephones, TVs, biometric devices, and network equipment.
- Provide IT support and resolve user complaints within TAT.
- Create and deactivate ERP/User IDs as per HR requests.
- Coordinate and track ERP issues with the ERP team.
- Monitor CCTV systems and support footage retrieval when required.
- Maintain firewall and network security standards.
- Ensure ICU monitors and hospital display systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and consumables.
- Handle e-waste identification, documentation, and disposal as per policy.
- Maintain IT records, incident logs, and asset registers.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
