Role & responsibilities
- Install, configure, and update Windows/Linux servers, lab software, and databases
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions using strict security policies.
- Managed antivirus console for centralized endpoint protection and security administration.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by lab or plant staff.
- Change Control: Document and track system changes, patches, and upgrades following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

and troubleshot HP, Brother, Canon network printers.
- Manage routine data backups, test data restoration and support disaster recovery plans.
- Administered Synology NAS by managing users, groups, shared folders, access permissions, storage expansion, and storage health monitoring.
- Coordinated with ISP providers and hardware vendors for infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Performed basic troubleshooting for CCTV surveillance systems and biometric attendance devices, coordinating with vendors for advanced issue resolution.
